The easy way to track down your debtors
The Skip Tracing service helps credit providers increase collections revenue by supplying updated address and phone number details for debtors that you may otherwise have difficulty locating.
You can also receive court information about any bankruptcies, writs, or default judgments associated with your debtors, which can inform your collections strategy and help increase your operational efficiency.
How does it work:
You supply details about the debtors you are trying to locate, including their name, last known address, and date of birth. We then search our databases for that individual and, where available, supply updated contact details and/or court information.
This service is available online through our Data Express web portal. Registered Data Express users can enter one debtor record at a time and receive search results instantaneously, or upload batch files to process larger volumes of debtor records more efficiently.
How much does it cost:
The price of the Skip Tracing service is based on the number of debtor records successfully enhanced and/or the total number of records processed, depending on what combination of information you're seeking. Please contact us for more information regarding fees.
What else should I know:
Skip Tracing is available online through our Data Express web portal.
You must be both a credit provider, who is using this service to collect debt, and a subscriber to the Veda Advantage credit bureau to gain access to the Skip Tracing service.
Like all data products, particularly those that may involve use or disclosure of personal information, you must comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and other applicable data protection and privacy legislation.
