- Age bands
- A modelled indicator of the age band a customer or prospect is likely to be in.
- Housing density indicator
- Find out how many households per square kilometre there are in a particular area. Lets you target areas with higher consumption.
- Directors at home
- Identify directors of registered companies at their residential address. Lets you identify time poor, prosperous individuals, who may be more receptive to direct mail in their home environment.
- Disposable income
- Indicates the relative average household purchasing power of a neighbourhood by ranking it on a scale of 1 (low) to 10 (high).
- Dwelling type
- Find out whether a household is a separate dwelling, a duplex, or part of a low-, medium-, or high-density housing estate.
- Employment Indicator
- A relative measure of the employment rate for a neighbourhood. Indicator ranges from 1 (high unemployment) to 10 (high employment).
- GeoRisk
- Assesses the relative credit risk of people living in a given neighbourhood. Indicator ranges from 1 (high risk) to 10 (low risk).
- Household composition
- Describes the likely family structure of each household (eg. married couple, single person, extended family).
- Household income
- An estimate of total income for a particular household. Indicator ranges from 1 (low income) to 14 (high income).
- LandScape
- Gives you detailed geo-demographic profile based on residential addresses. LandScape is based on factors such as life-stage, family structure, education, household income, and wealth. LandScape uses census, research and aggregated credit bureau data.
- Length of residency
- Indicates of the tenure the current occupants, of a given household, have been in residence. Indicator ranges "0-6 months" to "10+ years".
- Metro / Rural indicator
- Identifies neighbourhoods as being either metropolitan or rural.
- Owner / Tenant Indicator
- Identifies whether the residents of a given household are likely to be owners or tenants.
- Predicted movers indicator
- Predicts which households are likely to move within the next 6 months.
- PropertyValue index
- Provides a relative measure of the median house and land value for neighbourhoods throughout Australia (excluding Tasmania and the Northern Territory).
- Prophe$y
- Provides an indicator of relative demand for various credit products (personal loans, credit cards, and mortgages) in the next 3 or twelve months.
- Rental indicator
- Provides an indication of the percentage of dwellings that are rented within a neighbourhood. Indicator ranges from 1 (high) to 10 (low).
- Residential Capital Growth Indicator
- Estimates a range of capital growth on a residential property, where the occupant is expected to be the owner, over the previous two years.
- SpotLight
- Provides information on entertainment interests and expenditure, based on 3.8 million historical entertainment purchases through Ticketek, Australia's leading ticketing agency for sports and live entertainment.
