Elaine joined the Veda Advantage Group in November 2005. With extensive in-house legal experience, Elaine focuses on the legal team adding significant value by partnering the business. Elaine commenced her legal career at a major city law firm and since then has held several senior management positions, including a number of years as General Counsel & Company Secretary of Novus Petroleum Limited prior to its takeover by a foreign company. She is also a director of the non-profit organisation, Diversity Council Australia.
