In the past three years, Australian retail water company Yarra Valley Water has increased its successful debt recovery by a huge 40 percent, with the help of Baycorp Advantage.

Turning the tide

According to Neil Murray, Credit Manager at Yarra Valley Water, several reasons prompted the company’s decision to partner with Baycorp Advantage and employ its debt recovery service.
