| Australian organisations can soon reduce the time taken to load new debts by up to a third – and slash administration costs– by submitting debts themselves, via the Internet. From late February, Australian businesses will be able to load new debts directly from their own PC’s into Baycorp Advantage’s debt recovery system via our website – saving themselves the 1-3 days it can take to mail, fax and manually enter paperwork. Key to the success of the Debt Online service, which has been available inNew Zealand since October last year, is its real-time functionality. Debtors’ files are available to Baycorp Advantage’s debt recovery team as soon as customers submit them online, meaning the debt recovery process is underway almost immediately and debts can be collected faster than when manually loaded. Also thanks to real-time, customers can monitor our progress in recovering debt at every stage and communicate with our recovery team, submitting instructions via their PC on their preferred steps in the process, as it takes place. For those with a small number of debts, it’s a cost-effective way of reducing the administration involved in managing debtors’ files. And for those with higher volumes of debt, more suited to electronic loading (disk, email, or computer-to-computer), using Debt Online to submit debts that surface only days after your last “bulk” debt load means faster action on files which would otherwise be stalled until next month’s upload.
