Vantage seminar – assisting local councils to grow

On 2 September 2004 Baycorp Advantage will host its first Vantage seminar in Rotorua, New Zealand which will focus primarily on the area of rates collection.
Rates can often prove difficult for local councils to collect successfully and so this seminar will aim to demonstrate real approaches that work through discussing live case study examples.
The seminar will run for a full day and will include several keynote guest speakers encompassing a variety of topics from collection of rates from Maori land through to the communication of sensitive issues faced by councils everyday.
Most importantly, this seminar is free to all delegates so it is a great opportunity for local councils throughout New Zealand to gain invaluable insight on ways to approach this topical area.
