Customers of Baycorp Advantage’s New Zealand credit bureau have this year seen a more reliable and robust service, thanks to significantly improved system performance and customer response times.
Earlier this year, Baycorp Advantage undertook a major infrastructure project to replace its core New Zealand credit bureau platform to ensure greater reliability, security and performance in the delivery of services to our customers.
The new system has larger processors, more memory and increased disk capacity which will allow us to manage increased customer transaction volumes and capacity requirements; effectively handling predicted growth for the next 12 months.
System security has been enhanced to ensure that Baycorp Advantage remains the leading trusted supplier of credit-related data.
The system upgrade also marked a significant milestone in improving disaster recovery capability. We are constantly enhancing this capability so in the event of a major incident, we can restore all services to full capacity with little or no disruption passed onto customers. Further improvements are planned over the next year and Baycorp Advantage will continue to consult with customers during this time to ensure our work meets your needs.
